The largest of our three cottages, Shipload offers split-level accommodation with wonderful views across the valley. The living room has an open-truss ceiling and a balustrade that overlooks the beautiful fully fitted new bespoke kitchen. Two bedrooms - one double and one twin with en-suite.
Three beautiful stone built barn conversions with spectacular views across the valley and towards the sea. Our cottages are set on the slopes of an ancient wooded valley in landscaped gardens within seven acres of lovely grounds including woodland and flower meadows. Yapham enjoys complete tranquility set down our private half mile drive, yet it is perfect for visiting nearby tourist attractions, The Eden Project, Exmoor and Dartmoor. The Hartland Peninsula is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with breathtaking coastal scenery, wonderful cliff top walks and beautiful secluded beaches. You are sure of a very warm welcome and on arrival will find a delicious cream tea in your cottage plus many other personal touches to make your stay with us truly memorable.
