Situated in the beautiful seaside village of Shaldon, this attractive fisherman's cottage is ideally situated just a few steps from the back beach and slipway and a short level walk to the village amenities. Coast Cottage is exceptionally well equipped and has a comfortably furnished lounge with double bed settee, sofa and living flame gas fire. Shaldon has 3 beaches (2 river, 1 sea), great pubs & bistros, botanical gardens, 18 hole approach golf course and a wildlife centre. The historic town of Teignmouth is across the river, Exeter is only 14 miles away, Newton Abbot and Torquay 5 miles and Dartmoor with its superb rugged scenery is only 12 miles away.
